Whether you're dancing, stretching, or simply moving, the focus is on how your body interacts with your emotions. No dance skills are required—just a willingness to engage and explore. Aletia Giselle, will guide you through gentle activities designed to help you understand and connect with yourself better, boosting your confidence and emotional well-being.
